Pumpkin carving



We LOVE Halloween!  It is my favorite holiday :). The kids carved their pumpkins this past weekend!   I will have to light them up this week and get pics of the finished product but I must say they did an awesome job!

Super proud!  All three had awesome grades! Reganne is student of the week this week and she is on cloud 9!  She gets to do the classroom chores which she loves!  Last year she was the mail girl and she had a blast going to get the mail and visiting with the office girls!  So she is looking forward to visiting again this week lol!!!

Wow!!! What a workout. Tons of combination moves easy to modify with!  It is raining here today which makes me appreciate my gym that is in my living room!!!  I do not like the cold so not having to get out in it is a big bonus for me!

What a week!!!!

 I finished my 3rd week of P90 B. Only one more week before I move on to C!! #P90.  My middle child has been fighting the croup after she wasn't getting better I had to take her to the Dr and of course it was STREP!  So now we are taking Antibiotics on top of the steroids and nebulizer treatments but she is improving! Even though today is Monday and I am not a fan in fact I think I am allergic lol BUT I showed Monday who is BOSS!

Rib sticking Oatmeal

1 cup oatmeal
2 cups liquid (water, almond milk)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon (I add more)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flaxseed
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp honey
1 Apple chunked up
*unsweetened applesauce or whatever you want to top it with

Cook oatmeal according to package then throw in the rest of the ingredients. I covered the pan and let it sit so the apples would soften up and I also added a little extra almond milk to make it creamier

So easy and kid approved!!!

What a week!!

This week has been crazy!  Mondays are always nuts but then we had picture day for two of our girls. Which makes for a crazy chaotic morning!  Wednesday workout did not happen my hmdi box for crome cast was going nuts so we had to remove the box so now in order to do my workouts with Beachbody on demand I have to just unplug the cables lol  Simple is better!!  I let my back really get bad before I went to the chiropractor so I was so out by the time I went Wednesday! But I felt so much better and I ended up trying out the new Hammer and Chisel program on BBD love it I can not wait till it is released in December!  Sagi and Autumn what a collaboration :)  I was so glad to get to Friday!!  We shopped for Halloween decorations today because the 6 year old thinks we need to lol. Tomorrow is Six Flags for the kids and man our weekend is already over!  How does the weekend fly by so fast when the week takes forever!!!!  Our weather here is cooling off quite a bit I was hoping for a warmer fall but I don't think that will be the case!!  I start my new challenge group for 21 Day Fix Monday I am looking forward to it!! I have the exercise down but I have to get my nutrition back on track.  I bought the clean eating diet book to see if it can help me some.  I feel so much better when I eat fresh non processed and greasy food.  I know I do but yet I still will find myself eating something that I know will make me feel like crap!  Why do we do that to ourselves? I have picked a few recipes out of my fixate cookbook for this week and they are 21 Day Fix approved!
