21 Day Fix Tuna Salad
1 Can of Tuna in Water drained
1 boiled egg chopped
1/2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
Salt/pepper to taste
Chicken version
everything is the same but you can add chicken instead of tuna and
celery and onion
enjoy
